Running Accomplishments:

I am a track and field runner at Alta High School. I run the 100 meter, 200 meter, 4x4 meter relay, and I am just barely starting the 800 meter. I am starting to run cross country to better my endurance and my strength. I am a sophomore and I am looking to be unstoppable next season in all of these event. I want to become a well rounded athlete that can do anything asked of me and a strong competitor. If anyone has any advise on workouts or routines please let me know.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to better my endurance and strength as well as become a well rounded athlete. I want to better my 400 meter and 800 meter times. I would also like to better my 100 meter and 200 meter times.

I ran 1 mile in the mourning for gym, then went to practice after school and ran an easy 1 mile warm up, strechted then another mile. After that I did 10 sets of stairs (skiping each step going up - every step going down - this is one set) then I did a plank for 3 1/2 minutes. After that I went home, grabbed something to eat, then went on a hike/trail run. I went to Bell canyon and ran up to the lake, around it, and then back down, which was about 2 miles.
