I ran 1 mile in the mourning for gym, then went to practice after school and ran an easy 1 mile warm up, strechted then another mile. After that I did 10 sets of stairs (skiping each step going up - every step going down - this is one set) then I did a plank for 3 1/2 minutes. After that I went home, grabbed something to eat, then went on a hike/trail run. I went to Bell canyon and ran up to the lake, around it, and then back down, which was about 2 miles.

Today I took it easy because I have been experiencing some sore hamstrings, but I hiked the The Saw Mill Trail on Boniville Shore Line. This trail is a very steep and challenging trail. The trail is an incline for 2 miles until you hit the small waterfall. I love this hike and defiantly recommend it, but if you do go on this trail I suggest going early and setting some time for this hike. Although, this hike is short, it takes a long time to hike all the way up because of the elevation. This hike is not for everyone, but it is very fun! (if you are scared of heights you may want to take it easy on this hike)

I went to Alta and ran a 1 mile warm up, then stretched. I then ran 2 miles at a fast pace then ran 2 miles at a slower pace with a 100 meter walk in between the fast pace 2 mile and the slower pace 2 mile.
